A service agreement is created when a client requests our services and we confirm availability. The service agreement includes:

• Responsibilities of both parties
• Cancellation and rescheduling rules

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate personal and medical information
• Inform us of any changes in health or medical condition
• Follow care instructions provided by our professionals
• Respect our staff and their time
• Notify us in advance for cancellations or changes

5. Payment & Billing

Payment terms may vary depending on the service type and client’s care plan. All fees will be clearly explained and agreed upon before service delivery.

Late payments may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with prior notice.

• For non-emergency care: please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• For emergency or same-day changes: please contact us immediately

Repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Any injury or damage caused by pre-existing conditions
